Rental Policies

Arrival Information

Check-in time is NO EARLIER than 3:00 PM (4:00 PM for the Firehole & Buffalo Creek Cabins). Please, NO EARLY ARRIVALS. We can not guarantee access before 3:00 PM.

Our guests are invited to check-in any time after 3:00 pm.

Check out Time is NO LATER than 11:00 AM (10:00 AM for the Firehole & Buffalo Creek Cabins) on your scheduled departure date. Sorry, but our cleaning schedule does not allow for us to extend this check-out time limit.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

50% of the total lodging charge is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival.

Notice of cancellation is required 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival; 90 (ninety) days prior to arrival for the Firehole & Buffalo Creek Cabins. Reservations cancelled within the confines of this policy will be refunded the deposit amount minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made outside of the above listed time frames will not be eligible for refunds. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Restrictions

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others, all indoor facilities are designated strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside any of the Faithful Street Inn Rentals will result in a $500.00 charge. Smoking will be allowed on the outside deck and patio areas. Thank you.

NO PETS ALLOWED. We are unable to allow the presence of pets for health, safety and insurance purposes. Thank you.

No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed.

House Rules

Waterdog Lodging reserves the right to assess additional charges for ignored policies, posted rules, damage, or excess cleaning. These charges will be made at our discretion.
